What is information governance?
The debate is commonly fragmented over topics such as data protection, privacy, surveillance or information assurance, counter fraud, national security, but there are issues of ownership (from copyright of our own image or DNA to the personal data we put on a social network), stewardship and responsibility for “publishing” false information, especially when it leads to lose of reputation or fraud.
