Is US Congress seriously considering tying its own hands in barring the introduction of further legislation concerning the Internet?
It seems so. Californian Republican Congressman Darrell Issa is proposing a new Bill – the Internet American Moritorium Act (IAMA) which will put an end to further internet legislation for two years. Will this put an unacceptable burden on business and the American way of life. Will the proposal tie Congress in a way which may be unconstitutional.
